Seeking Mentor

My mentor should have the ability to be s leader and steer my in the right direction with my career. They sould have leadership qualties that help me learn more about the field with their critiques and influence. The questions I first should ask is if the mentor I have in mind will let me be thief mentee. Then I should follow up with the impacting results the doctor has had on the lives he has touched through surgeries. I want to find out about the field and how it has impacted our society, so therefore I will ask questions along those lines.
